Training conditions
The training information, the registration form and the terms & conditions below together form the training agreement. By submitting the registration form, the participant (the person who follows the training program) and the client (the person who assumes the payment obligation) declare that they know and accept the conditions below.
Terms & Conditions
- Compliance Services Caribbean reserves the right to make changes to the program, date, location, and trainers or to cancel the training if the number of participants is too low, or when conditions beyond its control prevail. In such cases, the participants will be contacted immediately, and an alternative will be offered.
- If force majeure prevents Compliance Services Caribbean from carrying out the training course, it is entitled to cancel the training. In that case the participants will be contacted immediately, and an alternative will be offered. Force majeure includes the following: extreme weather conditions, fire, flooding, accidents, staff illness, pandemics, epidemics, operational disruption, power outages and any other circumstances not dependent on the will of Compliance Services Caribbean.
- Rescheduling due to instructor unavailability results in a full refund or an alternative date
- If training is fully cancelled by Compliance Services Caribbean, the training fee will be100% refunded.
- The minimum number of participants for Compliance training courses is 6.
- There is a waiting list if the course is fully booked. You will be informed of the next available date of the course.
- Registration made through our website is definitive unless cancelled in writing.
- Payments must be made 10 business days before the training starts. If we do not receive your payment in time, we are entitled to cancel your registration.
- Please note that full payment is required for non-attendance and is not the equivalent of a cancellation.
- If you are unable to attend the course you are booked on, you may transfer your place, by prior arrangement (at least 1 day before the start of the course) and after notifying us via email ([email protected] ), someone else from your organization on one (1) occasion.
- If you are unable to attend and cannot or do not wish to give the place to someone else in your organization, we may accept the fee paid as payment towards a place on the same or another training course that takes place within 12 months following the originally reserved event. This is possible by prior arrangement (5 business days before the start of the course) and after notifying us via email ([email protected]) on one (1) occasion.
- Please note that full payment is required for non-attendance on a booking that has been transferred.
- No refunds for cancellations or rescheduling for ‘no-shows’ on the day of the course.
Training Cancellation policy
If you are unable to attend (beyond your control), and not in a position to substitute your place to another person then the following cancellation charges will apply:
- A 100% refund is applicable for cancellations in writing at least 5 business days before the course.
- Less than 5 days before the course incur a 75% cancellation charge.

Usage of training materials
The intellectual ownership of the training materials lies with CFSC. Usage of the training material is only permitted for personal use. Selling of this information or providing it to third parties is not permitted.
