We are Aruba’s leading AML consulting firm, specializing in compliance, risk management, and regulatory support. We help clients across multiple industries navigate the complexities of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) with practical expertise and tailored solutions.
What You Will Work On
In this role, you will support AML compliance services for a diverse portfolio of clients, assisting organizations in strengthening their compliance frameworks and meeting regulatory obligations.
Your work may include:
- Conducting customer due diligence (CDD) reviews and UBO analysis
- Supporting AML compliance audits and regulatory readiness
- Assisting with client risk assessments and compliance monitoring
- Contributing to AML/CFT/PF training and awareness programs
- Supporting clients with regulatory compliance improvements
This role offers hands-on experience in AML consulting, providing exposure to different business sectors, regulatory expectations, and compliance frameworks.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in Finance, Business Administration, Compliance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in AML, KYC, compliance, banking, trust services, or corporate services.
- Basic understanding of AML/CFT/PF regulations and Customer Due Diligence requirements.
- Experience analyzing corporate ownership structures and UBO identification is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Canva.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch, and Papiamento; Spanish is an advantage.
- CAMS certification is a plus but not required.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
