When and How to report to the FIU

Introduction
A key requirement outlined in the AML/CFT State Ordinance to prevent money laundering is the obligation to report unusual transactions to the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) of Aruba. Based on the requirement (2023) of reporting unusual transactions this training will provide you with a detailed overview of the process involved in reporting unusual transactions, including identifying triggers and suspicious activities, evaluating them, and ultimately submitting completed reports to the FIU.
