However, due to their involvement in financial transactions and (complex) corporate structures, TSPs are vulnerable to exploitation by money launderers and terrorist financiers.

Risk appetite – exiting of customers – informing the Supervisor – Chamber of Commerce
Periodical independent testing for compliance (AML Audit)
